Communicating Confidently

It is the simple truth that we cannot not communicate. Whenever we appear in public we lay ourselves open to having what we say and what we do interpreted by others, who will then view these perceptions as “the truth”. Gaining influence over other’s perceptions is an important skill in the workplace and often key to influencing and motivating others.
