Organisational Development at the University of Wesminster
Research into international education and organisational learning.
We ran this action research project with Professor Richard Harding of the University of Westminster’s Harrow Business School.
The research was built around a series of semi-structured staff interviews, and explored the issues of collaboration and new learning in the context of the University’s international education activities.
