Tim Taylor - Director
Tim set up the Skills & Projects consultancy in 1998 prior to which he had extensive experience in the Social Housing field. An expert in Organisational Development he has worked with many organisations within the sector, contributing to research, project management, policy and strategic thinking. In recent years he has also played a lead role in a number of overseas development projects in Higher Education. He has a long standing working relationship with the University of Westminster where he has been a part-time project manager in the Educational Initiative Centre since 1996 and a visiting lecturer specialising in Development and Regeneration in the School of Architecture & Built Environment since 1994. |

Mark Anderson - Director
Mark joined Skills & Projects on a full-time basis in September 2005. Formerly an IT Consultant, Mark has extensive experience of delivering organisational change projects in the private, public and voluntary sectors. His experience includes business process analysis, business systems analysis, business integration, data analysis and IT project management. Since joining Skills & Projects, Mark’s main role has been in helping our clients to use ICT to improve the quality and value of what they do. More specifically, he has developed a number of web-based applications to enhance our offer in the areas of data gathering/analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Liz Potter - Associate
Liz is a consultant specialising in governance, strategy and leadership. She is Chair of Orbit Housing Group, where she has had active experience of negotiating partnerships, improving governance and developing a stronger focus on people and diversity. She works with a wide range of housing organisations to improve governance and develop strategy. She is a qualified executive coach, working with middle and senior managers to develop their skills and confidence. She has worked on Leadership 2010, the plan to improve the quality and diversity of future leadership in housing associations. She has worked in housing for over twenty years, including her previous role at national level as Director of Policy at the National Housing Federation, the trade body for housing associations. She brings strategic overview, governance skills and knowledge, organisation development, presentation and training skills and a commitment to developing potential. |

Diane Heath - Associate
Diane is a consultant and trainier as well as a qualified GSCC registered social worker with twenty years experience. She has worked as a Health Promotion Adviser with the NHS and has attained specialist skills in training and sexual health promotion work. She holds additional professional Health Promotion and counselling qualifications. She also has extensive experience of working in the independent fostering sector, where she has worked as Development Manager responsible for quality assurance, developing and implementing an internal audit and fostering outcomes framework used in the monitoring of contracts with local authority purchasers. Diane has managed recruitment, assessment, approval and training services. |

Ruth Webster - Associate
Ruth is currently Head of Training and Development Services with the NSPCC where she is responsible for the organisational strategy and training programme to address management development needs. She is also responsible for delivering training to support the annual performance development review and getting the NSPCC geared up for gaining Investors in People. Ruth was previously Training and Development Manager at Circle 33 Housing Group. She has also delivered a wide range of training and personal coaching in a freelance capacity, including work with Shelter, LASA, Clear Communications Consultancy, Peabody Housing Trust, Bristol City Council, Thames Housing Association, Department of Work and Pensions, Penrose Housing and the Fremantle Trust, amongst others. |

Kevin Farell - Associate
Kevin worked for Skills & Projects on a full-time basis between 2003 and 2005. He has over 20-years experience in the local authority, housing association and voluntary sectors. He has been an executive director of a community housing association and has extensive experience of managing supported housing projects and services for homeless persons. Kevin has led the development of innovative housing management, organisational change and human resource management initiatives. He has also taught in the School of Architecture & Built Environment at the University of Westminster. |

Maurice Price - Associate
Maurice has been associated with Skills and Projects since 2002. He has wide experience with over 20 years in Social Care and Housing: both in the Statutory and Not-for-profit sectors. He has worked in the Probation Service, Local Authority, Registered Homes, National Charities and Housing Associations. Maurice has Board level as well as Chief Executive experience. Specialising in transforming organisations, strategic and project development, practical application of Quality Systems and Service User Participation. He has provided individual and team mentoring support to new and experienced CEOs and Senior Managers. |

Lynda Goncalves - Associate
Over the past eleven years, Lynda has worked in Human Resources for London Borough of Lambeth, Lewes District Council, Sussex Probation Area, Mitsubishi, Initial Hospital Services, and ISS Mediclean. An Employee Relations specialist for the last eight years, she has mentored and coached managers on resolving complex employee relations issues including effective absence management, workplace stress, disciplinary and capability, complaints and grievances, and the management of team dynamics/conflict resolution. Lynda is a CIPD member, and is trained in the Local Government Job Evaluation Scheme. Lynda plays a leading role in the design and delivery of our human resources training and development programmes. |

Ginny Colwell - Associate
Ginny is an associate who brings a wealth of executive experience. After a career as a Nursing Director in both the NHS and a commercial healthcare company, she now devotes herself to consultancy and coaching and is a trustee of a hospice and a non executive director for a Co-owned, Community Healthcare organisation. With 5 years of coaching experience she combines her extensive management and coaching skills to provide a personalised experience leading individuals to further realise their own unique potential to contribute to their organisations.

Sunaina Gulati - Associate
Sunaina is a researcher and journalist who has worked with Skills & Projects since 2005. She has made a specific contribution to projects promoting young enterprise and entrepreneurship, and researching support needs within the Irish community. She has also worked with us to produce an educational development film. Sunaina has a Masters in Journalism and is fluent in English, Thai, Hindi and Punjabi. Alongside her work with Skills & Projects, she is currently working as a Production Assistant with CNN. |

Jo Fiore - Associate
Jo joined Skills & Projects as an associate consultant in 2005. She previously worked with Skills & Projects between 2001 and 2003 providing support to a number of our consultancy projects and developing our data gathering and analysis capacity. More specifically, Jo led on a number of the elements of our work with the Keep London Working Partnership and played a substantial role in developing our action research skills. Prior to this, she worked in project development within a higher education environment. Jo is a qualified Nutritionist and, alongside her work with Skills & Projects, provides health consultancy to a range of clients. |

Tim Cartwright - Associate
Coming from a strong mathematical and ICT background, Tim has worked on a number of data management projects in the public and voluntary sector. He has implemented data collection, analysis and reporting procedures in several organisations using a wide range of software applications and databases. His experience includes the development of web-based interfaces to aid statistical gathering, custom database design and developing automated reporting procedures. In his most recent project, he designed and implemented a system enabling the Refugee Council to effectively gather and report on their client feedback data. |
