Residents Conference

If you want to engage with your residents in interesting and innovative ways and you want to get really useful data and input from them that will help you to plan, set local standards and improve services then this could be for you.

Skills and Projects can help housing associations bring groups of residents together for an event which may be a conference, open-day, fun-day or something more specific around a theme.

We can help to prepare and run the event so that, as well as being a success on the day landlords come away with insight into the views and aspirations of residents.

We use tried and tested techniques for getting groups of people working together.

We see Residents Conference events as something associations might wish to run to explore further themes arising from resident satisfaction surveys. We will be posting more information here soon (Autumn 2010)
