Staff Development with Westminster and Igbinedion University

 

We worked as part of a team from the University of Westminster on a three-year project to support the development of the Igbinedion University Okada in Edu State, Nigeria.

 

We were responsible for the staff development element of the project, which we have broken down into three policy and practice elements:

 

  • Teaching, learning and assessment
  • Human resource management
  • Research

 

The project ran from March 2006 until 2008 and we will be worked in-country on a regular basis during this period.
