The Efficiency Agenda

Skills & Projects were invited by HouseMark and the National Housing Federation to carry out a series of interviews with housing association representatives to explore their activities and thinking relevant to the efficiency agenda. More specifically, we sought their views on the development of a self-assessment framework. We carried out fifteen semi-structured interviews with housing association chief executives and senior managers, and presented our findings and report to a discussion seminar in January 2005.
