Promoting Entrepreneurship at Westminster

 

The Enterprising Student

 

In 2006/2007 we worked with the University of Westminster and the WestFocus Partnership to promote student enterprise and entrepreneurship.

 

As part of this we are responsible for identifying and project managing a series of seed funded initiatives to develop enterprise and entrepreneurship within the curriculum.

 

We facilitated the establishement of a student enterprise club with Westminster Business Consultants and the Student Union.

 

We built a website to promote entrepreneurship and provide a focus for the activity, with information, opportunities and events that students could sign up to.

Thinking

Our work on this project was very much focused on the development of "entrepreneurial thinking" among the students.
