Skills & Projects

We are a London and Brighton-based consultancy that specialises in working with social organisations, notably those involved in housing, education and community regeneration.

Every client is different, and every project we undertake is different, but we always aim to make a significant and positive difference for our clients, whether it is through a piece of research, staff development, designing a database or running a workshop.

We have worked with national bodies and regulators, local authorities, primary care trusts, small charities and housing associations.

Work in progress (July/August 2009)

Right now we are working with g320 members to pilot a salary comparison service for smaller housing associations. We will run a formal salaries benchmarking meeting for small associations in June.

We are running resident satisfaction surveys for Oxbode Housing Association and Bexley Churches Housing Association

We are developing a Mystery Shopping application for Tower Hamlets PCT.

We are also busy developing our governance competency framework for housing association boards.
